FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE YOU OPEN TO TRADE AND PUBLIC?

Yes we are open to both Trade and Public. Our shop area is open for all to access Monday to Friday.

CAN I TRY CLOTHING ON?

Yes, providing its a stock items we have samples available in our shop area to try on. 

Will you design my logo for me? 

No we are not logo designers. We can type company names or individual text and also shape it and size it to suit but for anything more specific than this we need some sort of guide. For embroidery we will draw your logo up as an embroidery file so we do not require anything that sharp. A photos of the side of a van or a business car will even be enough. For printing we do however require Vector files of your logo to be able to print any clothing. Ideally PNG or EPS files work best for us.


Do you deliver or do we need to collect?

We deliver to Milton Keynes postcodes free of charge. Outside of this area we use DPD 24 hour or Royal Mail chargeable at normal rates. Collections from our shop are are no problem at all.


Are you open weekends? 

No, we do not open on any weekends during a year.


Can I bring my own Clothing in to be Printed or Embroidered? 

Yes you certainly can although our preference is to brand clothing purchased from ourselves and as such clothing purchased from ourselves is prioritised in terms of time and rates. Customer supplied clothing is personalised at your own risk.


Do I get a proof?

Yes if its a new logo we supply a proof in the way of a hard copy sample. This is your logo embroidered or printed on swatch colour material of your choice. This can be photographed and emailed over or you can collect the hard copy or have it posted out to you. We can provide digital proofs as well on request.


I have lots of files for my logo so will I need to pay for an embroidery setup?

Embroidery files are files of their own and will not have been supplied by your logo designer.  Printing files are no use for embroidery, to create an embroidery an embroidery file called a DST file is required. If you already have a DST file then we can use it and there is no need to pay for a setup. We do however stress that our embroidery is only as good as the design file so we do prefer to use embroidery files that we know have been drawn to our standard of work.

Can I return personalised garments if they dont fit?

Personalised garments cannot be returned. Its rare that an embroidery or print can be removed from a garment without damaging it. This does mean that once a logo is on you have committed to the purchase. It is important you make sure garments fit and that you are happy with the logo sample provided before committing to your clothing.


If I provide my own clothing can I be sure it will be returned in one piece?

Print garments have to be heated to high temperatures. Embroidery garments are clamped to the machines while components are moving very quickly. As such there is always a risk element to any method and clothing can get damaged on the machine. On garments purchased from us we simply replace garments damaged in production at our own cost. On customer supplied clothing it is personalised at the customer’s own risk.


Do you only supply locally?

No we can supply to all areas of the UK mainland. We do not supply anywhere outside of the UK Mainland.


Can I purchase my garments online?

No we do not offer a buy online service due to the technical aspect of the service we provide. We can take orders via phone, email or on site.


How long does it take to have garments personalised? 

It depends on the time of year as to how busy our work load. At quieter times of year orders take one week. During busy times of year orders can take up to two weeks.This can be advised at the time of order.


Is an express Print or Embroidery Service possible?

For very urgent requirements please give us a call and we always help where we can. We cannot however supply a ‘while you wait’ service for print or embroidery.

Can I collect unpersonalised goods and take them away the same day?

Yes for goods not requiring a personalisation you can purchase over the counter and take away.


Can you supply a price list?

We cannot supply price lists across the board as the variables for the service we supply are too vast. Please let us know your individual requirement and we will be happy to quote this for you.


Do you supply kids clothing?

Yes we supply kids clothing which can be printed or embroidered. 


How do I make sure the clothing fits my staff?

For local business customers we allow blank samples to be taken away for your staff to try on. We ask that the samples are kept in fresh and clean order and are returned to us within the space of two weeks.
